Terms of Use

These Terms of Use cover your use of the Mad Hare websites, including madhare.ai and agents.madhare.ai, and the documentation, demos and sample pages on them (the "Site"). If you buy a paid service from us, the Terms of Service also apply, and they win if the two conflict.

"Mad Hare", "we" and "us" mean [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, JURISDICTION AND REGISTERED ADDRESS: TO CONFIRM].

1. Using the Site

You may browse the Site and use the demos it offers for lawful, reasonable purposes. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use anything that asks you to sign in or to submit information.

2. What the Site is, and what it is not

• The Site describes Conflux and Mad Hare services. Descriptions of features, performance, pricing, planned releases and roadmap items are information, not promises. Only a written order that we accept, together with the Terms of Service, creates an obligation to deliver something.
• Demos and sample pages are examples. Data shown in a demo may be sample data, and results from a demo are not a prediction of results on your own work.
• We do not currently offer self-serve accounts, subscriptions or automatic billing through the Site. If that changes, these terms will be updated first.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the Site to infringe anyone's rights;
• probe, scan or test the Site's security, or try to reach data that is not yours, without our written permission;
• send automated traffic that degrades the Site, or try to overload it;
• submit secrets such as passwords, API keys or tokens, payment card numbers, health records or government identifiers into any demo or form;
• submit personal information about other people without a right to do so;
• misrepresent who you are, or use the Site to send spam or malware;
• copy, scrape or resell Site content in bulk.

We may suspend or block access that breaks these rules.

4. Demo and form input

Text you type into a demo or form is sent to our servers and stored so the demo can work and so we can see how it is used. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long. Do not enter anything you would not want us to store.

5. Our content and your content

The Site, its text, design, code samples and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not use our name or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written consent.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it as needed to run the Site and the demo you used. We do not use your submissions to train or fine-tune models.

Software we publish (for example on a package registry) has its own licence. That licence, not these terms, governs your use of the software.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to services we do not control, such as GitHub, Stripe checkout pages and our providers' own sites. We are not responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to [AMOUNT: TO CONFIRM, e.g. USD 100]. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and ending access

We may change the Site and these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. If a change is material we will say so on the Site. Continued use after the change means you accept it. We may end or restrict your access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability) do.
